“I was in need of a repair to my lower chimney wood box due to extensive raccoon damage. Canaan was one of the few places that actually responded right away and gave me a quality estimate and I felt like they understood what the problem was. There was structural integrity damage. They are busy so it did take a little bit of time to get scheduled out when I was able to move forward; however, when the crew was here it was clear they knew what they were doing. Mike came to personally hand the project off. The crew was efficient and quick. I could hear them tag-team communicating on what needed done. The end result was they straightened my leaning chimney, built a better design for the lower box, to repair the integrity, and tie it in to the existing structure. They did a detailed job. They cleaned up after themselves and did a daily check-in. I would absolutely recommend Canaan.
